Ms. Farra offers valuable support to the firm’s clients in trust disputes and trust administration matters. The trusts she has worked with frequently involve family-owned businesses and business interests, commercial and residential real estate holdings, complex investment portfolios, and other non-cash assets.
Ms. Farra brings a unique skillset to the firm’s clients, with experience in post-mortem planning and administration of trusts following the death of a settlor. She has worked with numerous clients in the administration of both revocable and irrevocable trusts, as well as handling the probate of estates. Throughout the process, from the initial notifications of a trustor’s death to the final distribution to the beneficiaries, Ms. Farra is dedicated to guiding families every step of the way and ensuring the settlor’s intent is fulfilled while minimizing any potential tax impact on the beneficiaries.
