- She represents clients in complex corporate and trust and estates litigation matters in state and federal courts as well as arbitration proceedings under the auspices of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the London Court of International Arbitration and the Permanent Court of Arbitration, the Hague.
- A trained corporate attorney, Holly regularly advises clients on formation of domestic and international entities including LLCs, Corporations, Partnerships, trusts and foundations. Her practice includes Corporate, Commercial and Real Estate transactions. She advises her clients on legal and regulatory compliance matters and has a diverse client base which includes manufacturers of pharmaceutical consumables & equipment, technology firms and real estate holding companies.
