Practice Areas:
Since 1994, Ms. Gilani has specialized as corporate counsel to international technology, real estate and stock brokerage firms. During this time, Ms. Gilani negotiated and drafted agreements pertaining to mergers and acquisitions of mid-sized companies; and drafted stock purchase and partnership agreements. She has advised corporate CEOs on matters ranging from commercial transactions to internal employment policies and issues.
Ms. Gilani’s has had success with our clients’ civil litigation skills in complex business disputes in both state and federal courts and has
handled all phases of litigation including drafting pleadings, arguing motions, drafting discovery requests and responses, taking and defending depositions, and conducting trials, arbitrations and mediations.
