CHRISTINA L. ROGERS, Senior Attorney
Over the course of her career, Ms. Rogers has amassed a wealth of knowledge in transactional legal matters, having worked for a large law firm, a large accounting firm and the federal government. Ms. Rogers practices in the fields of corporate transactions, real estate transactions, trust and estate planning, taxation and trust administration. She has assisted companies with corporate governance, contracts, real estate, tax and transactional matters. Ms. Rogers also worked as a Senior Attorney with the FDIC, advising financial professionals on transactional legal matters surrounding failed banks, including loan modifications and workouts, corporate transactions, taxation, real estate transactional matters and contracts. As an added benefit to her clients, Ms. Rogers has also performed estate and business succession planning and trust administration for business owners, professional athletes, entertainers and other professionals and also assists her clients with their tax issues, with emphasis on tax controversies. She also has experience in establishing nonprofits, applying for and obtaining their federal and California tax exempt status, and advising on legal issues unique to nonprofits. She has created and worked with private foundations, supporting organizations, and public charities on a variety of issues.
