- Postmortem planning for non-U.S. citizen spouses
- Review of all federal and estate tax returns
- Review of all federal and state fiduciary income tax returns
- Handling disputes among beneficiaries or between beneficiaries and the executor or trustee to avoid Trust or Probate Litigation
